PJ Trautman was born and raised in Champaign/Urbana. Living here his whole life, he has familiarized himself with the community and what it has to offer. PJ enjoys finding the right home for his clients and he enjoys the opportunity to help clients make the biggest financial decision of their life. PJ enjoys the marketing process of selling a home and enjoys ensuring that a home is being presented to buyers at it's highest potenial. He feels that his background in Real Estate appraisal helps ensure that his clients pay or receive the best price for a home. PJ has been involved in Real Estate sales since January of 2009.
