I love Portland, from her food carts and jazz festival to her drag shows, wine tasting and hiking trails! I love the ease of getting to the mountains, high dessert or beach from Portland. I love both the city and the burbs! I’m so blessed to have called this area home for almost 50 years. I also love the diversity of people we have in the Metro area and it is my pleasure to work with them in addressing their real estate needs.  I treasure the opportunity to work with a wide range of buyers and sellers.  I love walking alongside first-time home buyers with their palpable excitement as their knowledge grows and their dreams unfold.  As a seniors real estate specialist, I love helping our elders and offer them, at no charge, a downsizing support specialist to help them in their transition to smaller spaces. My first career, 30 years as a mental health crisis counselor, helped me hone my skills at true listening, supporting, encouraging and having patience with the process; all skills that come in handy during the home buying and selling process.  That career also gave me a serious leg-up when it comes to negotiating skills.
