This is the second time we have used Adam to purchase an investment property in Majestic Sun. Adam helped us purchase our first investment property three years ago and knew that we might be interested in purchasing the unit right next door to ours. Over the course of the last three years, Adam established a relationship with the owner next door and was able to help convince the seller that the time was right to sell. Adam toured the property for us and also streamed the tour live on his phone so we could see for ourselves. We are thrilled to have two properties next door to each other in a gulf front tower with 180 degree views of the beach. I had been looking for a future retirement community in the Destin area and periodically checked listings on Zillow.com. I clicked on a listing that Adam Bazzell had.
