Madison Hildebrand is Not Just a Bravolebrity!

Madison Hildebrand is a rare breed. A one-of- a-kind in the best possible way. Not only has a he helped
transform the entire real estate industry, but he’s done it as one of the very few who have real estate as
their only career.

The National Association of Realtors shares that only four percent of its 1.2 million members call real
estate their first and only career. Madison is one of them. We can’t count a hotel job he had while
attending Pepperdine but we can start the career clock when he graduated as an advertising major and
immediately entered real estate because he wanted to be his own CEO, CFO and CMO. Ad agencies
were not for him!

And while there are hundreds of real estate agents in the western LA suburbs, Madison was able to
stand apart from the beginning. His first sale was to George C. Scott’s widow. His second was the condo
he lived in while attending school. From there it was all the Madison hustle.

That hustle landed him a spot on TV and he is now best known for his starring role on 10 seasons of
Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, the flagship of the network’s Million Dollar Listing franchise.
And if being stopped by strangers addicted to the show, his popularity grew even more when he became
the first LGBT community member to appear on his friend Patti Stanger’s Million Dollar Matchmaker.

And while his TV work has taken on a life of its own, so has his real estate career. Madison has grown
his business to a 10-person Malibu Life team with Partners Trust that works the 27-mile Malibu coast
and beyond.

And never one to sit still, Madison launched his own candle line a few years ago. He did it not so much
because of their calming influence or scent, but because it was the ideal calling card that would extend
his personal brand.

And while Madison is a star amongst stars in our industry, he has not been negatively impacted by the
Hollywood lights.

That was clear by watching him at the recent LGBT Real Estate Conference in Palm Springs where he did
a live version of NAGLREP Success. He happily bounded from group to group at the conference and fully
participated over the three days, sharing, learning, smiling and laughing as he went.

Clearly, while he has helped shape the “sexiness” of the real estate profession, Madison is an agent first.
Truly, one of a kind.
