Jason discovered his purpose and decided to begin building his own brand after years as a Real Estate Assistant and licensed Agent in Texas. He combines being of service with tech savvy and design smarts.  Satisfying a variety of client Real Estate needs; from buying first homes, selling the family heirloom, multi-family investments, short term investment properties, condos and large estates, Jason operates from the heart and represents trustworthiness, honesty, and continues to strive for education in lending, property management, and beyond. Jason was a Resident Assistant and Property Manager for a 75 unit dormitory, Myers Hall and a 25 unit townhome complex for undergraduates. A 3.35 GPA, major in Computer Science, and study abroad program combined with Irish Step/Clog Dance, community service, heritage education, and academic performance scholarships round out his early Education in the Asheville, NC area. A minor in art history/photography finished his final semester with schooling in Rome, Italy. After college, Jason became an assistant to Perry Guest Company of Dallas TX.  Jason performed open houses, photography, flyers, marketing, and more.  Hand trained to become an agent by Perry Guest himself, Jason, concurrently maintained a career with Delta Connection until he could become licensed in TX and worked with ReMax in Dallas Metro. Famed South Florida broker, Keith Thomas then trained Jason trained and hand groomed him despite being a broker and manager to over 75 metro area agents.  Jason understood education was key, and despite balancing two careers, he continued his real estate path before an economic recession took him with Delta to Salt Lake City, UT. In Salt Lake, Jason attracted the attention of private jet operator, NetJet's Aviation and was hired Jason in 2005-2006 as a private flight attendant.  His clients were celebrities, CEO's, and high profile clients. Even Dave Liniger Owner/Founder of ReMax became one of Jason's clients.  Next Jason moved to San Diego California & received his CA license and now has over 50 sales under his belt between prices of 200k-2.5 million.  All this within 5 years of being licensed in California.  Jason has also bought/sold multiple personal properties and via a 1031 tax exchanged has turned an 8 thousand dollar 401 investment into 1.3 million dollar historic multi family craftsman designated property in Normal Heights, this within 10 years of personal investing.  Currently Jason is being hand groomed by Richard Woods, Broker/Attorney of Woods Real Estate Services, in Mission Hills, San Diego, CA.  Jason feels that further learning of the legal aspects of the Real Estate business has benefited him tremendously. Jason did a great job helping us sell our San Diego home. He sat down with us (masks on) and talked through the market conditions, what he thought the property would appraise for based on current comps and what we needed to do to get it sold quickly for top dollar. We worked with a staging company and Jason had the house professionally cleaned before listing. Once it hit the market we had an over asking price offer in 7-hours with a quick close. Jason worked with both sides as we went through the usual inspections and other closing activities. At the end, it was a smooth transaction and even though there were a lot of emails and e-docs for signature, Jason did a good job of making sure everything was in place so the closing would happen on-time. I'd strongly recommend if you're looking to buy or sell in San Diego, give Jason a call.

Jason exceeded all of my expectations. I have been considering a move to San Diego, and even though I had yet to sell my home in Palm Springs, Jason spent a full day with me after our initial telephone conversation, driving me through multiple neighborhoods and showing me several properties. I made many more visits to San Diego, and each time, Jason was prepared with showings arranged, a schedule to see as much as possible, all while serving as my guide around town. His communication has continued to be timely, thorough, and informative, but never with any pressure to move forward until I was ready. Jason's focus on my needs, especially from a financial standpoint, was impeccable. Plus, we had so much fun together, and a friendship was born out of my amazing experience working with him. I would recommend Jason 100% to anyone who is looking for a talented, skilled, knowledgeable, passionate, dedicated, friendly, and top notch realtor in San Diego.

I loved working with Jason. He was very interested in me getting what I wanted without going out of my budget because he knew it was very important to me. He made suggestions to help me win over another bid without putting in more money. He is a very sincere guy and also helped by not being pushy at all. He not only pointed out the good but sometimes the bad in places if it was something he knew I might have an issue with because he knew what I wanted. He was a great realtor to work with.

Jason was great in our home search process. Met him on complete accident, but a perfectly timed one. He listened, was patient, didn't talk us in to a purchase but intentionally helped us find the 'right place.' Being new to SD it took some driving around and he was always pleasant, patient and was ready to see what we liked. From those "likes" he really got us a great location and a home to be proud of. Highly recommend working with him if you need someone to listen and to care.

My husband and I met Jason Coleman at a property we found on Zillow. While we did not purchase that property, we did work with Jason to find our home. Jason earned our trust by being attentive, asking great questions, actively listening, being responsive and allowing us to work through the process in a non-assertive way. He was patient and never seemed bothered by the endless number of properties we would ask him about. With his guidance we found our perfect home in the Kensington area of San Diego that checked all the boxes. In the process we not only met our Realtor for life we made a great friend. We brag about Jason and his team to all of our friends and are confident that anyone we introduce them to will be in very good hands.

We loved working with Jason Coleman and would highly recommend him! He was helpful in every way possible – warm, responsive, professional, careful listening, great attention to detail, and diligent follow through. We enjoyed our time with him and he would follow up immediately with any needed paperwork and communication. We started with him in Hillcrest, but he helped us look as far as Escondido and eventually helped us close a deal in Spring Valley. We dealt with some difficult sellers and other unique circumstances due to Covid, but Jason was always on top of things and easy to work with. He made getting our dream house smooth and exciting. Thanks for everything, Jason!
