When I bought my first house over 20 years ago I had no more of an idea at the end of the transaction how the purchase of a home worked than I did before I started. I was told to sign here sign there, be here then and go there on that day. Though the agent was nice, I was not very informed of what I was getting in to. I am not that kind of REALTOR®. I chose to go in to this profession to make sure everyone I work with knows as much about the process of buying or selling a home as possible and to be able to make the best decisions for their goals.
