Steven was my real estate agent when I searched for a vacation rental in the Kissimmee Florida area. My wife had actually found him through an excellent Yelp review. I was not disappointed. Even though Steven sells over 100 properties a year, he was always responsive to my calls and emails. Best of all he was a very good and respectful listener and was able to match "what I was looking for from 3000 miles away" to what the local market actually had. After a while we were able to get into a real rhythm as I would find a property online that I was interested in and Steven would then do the investigation for me until we finally found the right property. He was there for me to manage the deal helping me through the negotiations, inspections and financing. When I buy or sell again in the area my first call will be Steven!

Steven has been phenomenal! I live in Colorado and last year he helped me purchase 3 homes in the Orlando, FL area. He is very responsive 24/7 and has scheduled walkthroughs and videotaped them, commenting on if he sees anything wrong so that I have a chance to look at the homes before purchasing. He also has some amazing resources to help with inspections and lending with equally amazing people. I haven't had this good of customer service in a long time and highly recommend working with Steven. In addition Steven just helped me this year purchase a 4th house in Florida. The market is super hot in Deltona and he knew just how to negotiate so that the 1 day on the market they had 18 offers and our offer was accepted. I can't wait to work with him again!
