A seasoned professional with more than 12 years of real estate experience, Clint LaCour cofounded Rêve Realtors earlier this year. A Louisiana native, LaCour moved to New Orleans prior to beginning his real estate career in 2006. Representing homeowners, future homeowners and investors, LaCour’s focus on customer service and building lasting relationships have earned him many accolades in the real estate industry.
As a child, LaCour was very interested in the mechanics of the home. He spent hours taking things apart and putting them back together. His progression to realtor felt very natural after watching his father purchase and develop properties for sale. LaCour is particularly passionate about New Orleans real estate. “I love everything about living here,” says LaCour. “The history, culture, architecture, music and the geography have combined to make this a wonderful place to live. It’s a small town with a huge personality.” LaCour notes that he has a particular aversion to wasting time in traffic – the fact that everything in New Orleans is close by was a big attraction for him!
When New Orleans suffered through Hurricane Katrina and LaCour participated in a relief program, he saw firsthand the devastating effect losing a home had on so many residents. He was inspired to pursue a career in real estate, so he could connect people to the homes of their dreams.
LaCour knows everything there is to know about New Orleans homes, neighborhoods, pricing, marketing and networking. He thoroughly enjoys his work and loves the new people he meets in his role – many of whom become neighbors and friends.
