After reaching out to multiple Realtors I finally found what feels like the right guy for my client referral.

I found Jason through a Google search and messaged him via text.

Even though he was traveling he made it a point to reach back to see how he might be able to help in a client referral which is going to take some time in discovery and skills in developing potential relationships in a Dual Agency.

I apprecite the conversation and his willingness to take on the project despite there potentially not being much in it for him financially. This to me is an indication that THIS Realtor lives the full defination of what the role of a Real Estate agent is, “To protect the public in a Real Estate transaction.”

When someone is willing to see what they can do before asking about what’s in it for them then you probably have a pretty good real estate agent in hand to work with. I hope this review takes some of the need for blind faith out of the equation as my shared experience will hopefully lead whomever reads this to feel confident in the choice to make Jason and his team their Real Estate representatives in their area.
