Having built a successful business on personal referrals illustrates that he goes above and beyond his clients’ expectations in helping them achieve their unique real estate goals. In fact, many of his client-agent relationships have grown into lasting friendships. A native of Houston, Kelvin has worked with more than 500 clients—and counting—since moving to Austin. Before joining Realty Austin, he had spent his entire real estate career with a previous broker, earning a number of notable achievements and rankings both individually and with his team in an office of over 600 agents. Kelvin and his partner, Colton, enjoy spending time around Austin and hosting foreign exchange students from all over the world. When he’s not serving his clients, you’ll find Kelvin running on the Lady Bird Lake trail, playing volleyball, traveling or enjoying a meal with a great company—combining the things he enjoys most in life: friends, family, and food.
