My wife and I are newlyweds and first-time home buyers in Baltimore, MD. We just got married in September 2018, and even though Maryland is a progressive state, there are still a lot of bigots. He made our every question, comment, and concern feel important, and in doing so made us feel important as well. Wayne routinely went above and beyond for my wife and I not only during our house search and during settlement, but afterwards as well, making sure that move-in went well, and checking in to see if we were as in love with our house on day 25 as we were on day 1. I cannot recommend Wayne highly enough. Without him, we would not have found the home of our dreams. My wife and I are so grateful to have had such a professional, caring, and thorough realtor turned friend!
