My husband, Matt, and I were first time home buyers when we met Erik. We were completely clueless and Erik took the time really help us understand the process of home buying and exactly what steps we needed to take. We are also not native to MN and had only lived here a year at the time, so he was incredibly important to our home search in helping us understand which communities would be friendly to a gay couple. Beyond just that he took the time to really get to know us and what we wanted out of a home and community and made sure he guided us in the right direction. Matt & I are in love with our home, but when it comes time to move on Erick & Toby will be our first call.
