Without hesitation I would recommend Anna to assist buying and/or selling your home. Starting with the obvious – my home went under contract at asking price with no concessions within 3 days of being on the market! Equally important, she’s great to work with! I came to write this review and I see that Anna sold/bought several other homes in the same week and month as mine and I was shocked because I have always felt like her only client with how responsive and attentive she is. Anna is always quick to respond and seems to have unlimited patience. Initially she came for a sale price quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful with literally no pressure (she encouraged me to shop around to ensure I found the best realtor for me, but of course it was her!). Anna did everything she could to ensure my sales process went smoothly even when my buyers had a few hiccups along the way. I love that she has many reliable contacts for all services needed throughout the buying and sales process and that she preferences locally based, “small business” companies. I’m also working to buy some investment properties with her and this is really where her patience and market knowledge shine! I have a unique situation and am very picky and over the past month and a half Anna has patiently shown me many properties, sometimes over FaceTime when I can’t make it, again with no pressure. She understands my needs and wants and has gotten me in first day on the market or earlier on several properties that met my criteria. You won’t be sorry if you choose to work with Anna!!
