Brad is a great guy, and an excellent resource for home buyers in Tucson. He has an excellent understanding of real estate in general, and especially the market in Tucson. I was particularly impressed by his willingness to put the needs of his client ahead of his own profit. I was ready to offer more for the house we bought, but Brad advised to hold tight with our existing offer. It was accepted, and we got our house! Brad’s advise probably cost him a few hundred dollars, but it saved us a few thousand. Brad is one classy dude!
