Bryan was absolutely incredible. We were closing escrow on our home in California, and on our purchase in Colorado Springs at the same time. Although we in California for the close of escrow, Bryan handled everything in our absence.
Bryan has a good understanding of the Colorado Springs market, and an excellent command of the search/reports programs on his computer; this allowed us to make sound decisions in an ever changing market. Bryan went above and beyond what I expected. Now that we are moved into our new home, Bryan continues to be a great resource for us.
