About a year and a half ago I inquired on a townhome that was
listed for sale and I was referred to Buffy via the website during
my inquiry. I worked with her since then in an attempt to acquire
a couple of different properties until we finally were able to find
the most recent one in which we were able to take all the way to
a settlement. She was very quick to respond to all of my inquires
and questions, and was able to send me many pictures and do
walkthroughs for us since we were making the purchase
remotely. She was great at getting inspectors there for us, and
for arranging other service checkups like HVAC, electrical, and
plumbing.
