I can’t say enough great things about Carmen Elam. Not only is she knowledgeable and helpful but quite honestly she is just plain likable. Added bonus! I never felt like I had to wait on Carmen to get back with me. She was on top of everything. If she had other clients the same time as me, I didn’t know because I always felt like I was her number one priority. If she didn’t have an immediate answer to any of my questions/concerns (which was rare) she said so and promptly got the information. She made herself available in all aspects of the process (buying and selling side) to ensure everything went smoothly. Early in the process, I had some difficulties with one of the loan officer referrals and Carmen was quick to reassure me that we had other options. This showed me she was on my side. I appreciated her throughout my real estate transaction and recommend her highly.
