I contacted Dale by phone informing him of my ongoing search for Florida property, letting him know my preferences, budget, etc. I’ve been getting personal e-mailed regularly as well as inquires asking if he can meet any needs, arrange showings etc.
Since I’m at a research stage of my search, I am impressed by his ongoing contact while knowing I/we have not progressed to the “ready to buy” stage.
