Don Rangstad with MOVE Asheville Realty is THE MAN! My partner and I picked Don to be our Real Estate Agent because he came highly recommended from a lot of very credible people here in Asheville. After our consult, Mr. Don set us up with our own MLS portal to be able to start searching houses that fit our criteria (location, pricing, sq footage, etc). We decided upon a new construction home here in Asheville and knew it was going to be a rollercoaster since we were first time homebuyers. Don went to work for us from day 1! He came to all of our home building meetings and gave us advise on every detail of the building / buying process. He had individual inspections done to make sure everything was 100% before we closed. He was very instrumental in communicating with me, the sellers, and our mortgage lenders. We had a hiccup with the sellers on the day of closing and Don once again went to battle for us by simply quoting NC Real Estate laws and bringing out his bulldog side! Needless to say we got our keys!
