First, Jachel knows her business and handles it accordingly. She was always on MY SIDE and represented MY INTERESTS. There’s was never a doubt in my mind about her integrity which meant the world to me. Buying a home is stressful enough. I can speak from experience now that having Jachel on your side will bring you peace. Second, I was initially concerned about disparate treatment since I present on the masculine side of the spectrum. Some people are put off by that. Since she’s lesbian, my sexuality or presentation never became a point of conversation. Third, she understands the financing portion as well. She was my “double check” on the figures presented by my loan officer who was great as well.
