Jim was our agent for finding our new house and selling the old one. He made it a good experience – explaining everything, sometimes more than once, and was always the pro. He didn’t put pressure on us to make decisions. He availability was basically “all the time” and he showed us dozens of houses. It took us quite a long time to finally come around to the exact house that we wanted, and he helped us get it. The selling of the old house was easy. Again he didn’t pressure us to lower the price, and we were very happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim for buying or listing a new home!
