JR handled multiple transactions for me. In the purchase of a town home on the island, (Deerfield), and a purchase of another property in the panhandle. Each transaction he was a wealth of information, he was patient during the search process and not only gave great advice, but excellent service. I have owned two real estate businesses in the past, but had no time to handle these transactions as I am in another field and travel extensively.
