We were in the market looking for our destination vacation home, and remembered a really personable and memorable interaction we had with a realtor at an open house in Bellingham back in Oct. Thank goodness I saved her card- it was Jen Sandoval. From the beginning Jen worked diligently with us in searching for our forever home. We were all challenged by us living elsewhere, 90 minutes away but the 3 of us worked so well and we were all in synch with time frame and making the most of our one day in/ out appointments. Jen immediately was set for the challenge and quickly understood our needs and taste, utilizing all our time efficiently. Jen never allowed us to feel pressured or to settle, if anything she graciously accepted our great enthusiasm for almost everything we toured… and all the while keeping it in mind, allowing us to ponder our needs/ wants. Jen responded to all our texts and emails so promptly and never had us feeling anxious or concerned with any issues as they arise. With Jens support, we found our forever family destination home in which we can see ourselves enjoying for generations to come. We will miss working with Jen. If anyone were to ask us for a realtor in the Bellingham area, we would go to no end to introduce them to Jen, someone that is energized, resourceful, knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and kind.
