We highly recommend Claire! She was easy to communicate with via email, text, and phone. Because the market was moving so quickly (selling in 24 hours), we had to decide each day whether we wanted to look at houses that afternoon. Claire was always able to accommodate us and set up showings for every house we wanted to see (including on weekends and after work on weekdays). She helped us craft 3 competitive offers, the last of which was accepted! For each offer, she guided us through the entire process, offering to explain as much or as little as we wanted her to—she didn’t make any assumptions about our knowledge and was always respectful. The house that we finally purchased was actually off market, and Claire’s connections allowed us to see it and make an offer before it went on sale. Once we were pending, there were quite a few more steps than we realized, and Claire again guided us through the entire process. We have stayed in touch after buying our house, and Claire has continues to be helpful. For example, she recommended a company to refinish our hardwood floors that we loved.
