Last year, Jenny Pham and Jordan Chow helped me to sell my condo in Salt Lake. It was such a hassle-free process that I’ve chosen this wonderful working team again to help me find a condo to purchase this year. Which is why I’m writing this review because of their outstanding work they’ve provided me.
Once again, they have pull through another smooth and flawless transaction. I must’ve viewed about 20 condos before finally landing this purchase. At first it was quite frustrating because in a seller’s market, my previous bids were either lost to a higher bidder or trumped over by cash buyers. Jenny was there every step of the way by showing her patience and perseverance in searching for more properties and kept encouraging me until I found the right one.
I work as a flight attendant and I’m often not present in Hawaii. Throughout the process, Jenny and Jordan were able to keep the process going smoothly by updating me the timeline and made sure things are completed on schedule.
