We found upon moving to Denver that the city is spread out. Finding the right location and house was going to be more challenging than we initially thought. We met Joe and felt that we were in good hands very quickly. He learned the aspects that we were both very concerned with regarding the location and features of the home. We were in a very competitive market where houses were receiving multiple offers within hours of being listed. Joe took us from the start of the offer process, through negotiations in a multi-offer scenario and dealing with issues after the inspection. It was all handled with care and even though he is used to these scenarios daily, they were frustrating and felt life altering to us. All ended well and we’re very happy with our new home in Colorado. We’ve since recommended Joe to other couples and they’ve been happy with their results, too.
