I do not know how easy we were to really work with, but John was very patient with us. This was our first home, and we knew little about the process of buying a home, so we needed a lot of hand-holding. In that regard, John was very attentive to always checking in with us and was willing to go over issues time and again until they were clear to us.

In this market, it is so competitive. Where John excelled was in his resonsivenesss and ability to get documents turned around in a timely manner. It made us more competitive and he was great in the amount of time he gave to us.

The process of buying a home wasnt easy – in any way – but John was really supportive and we now consider John a friend
