He walked us through all comparable properties to make certain we were informed on asking price, negotiations, and inspections. He doggedly researched and uncovered answers to any questions we had regarding the association, taxes, additional potential fees and building/zoning ordinances. And he repeatedly helped support us through critical items when we could not be in town to establish our insurance, alarm, internet, and other services. I’ve been a realtor for nearly 20 years in other markets and I’m a tough critic. We can’t say enough to express our thanks to Kevin.
