She was able to answer all of my questions very clearly, and from the beginning I knew that I wanted to work with her. Kit has a team of people that she works with, so the process of buying a home was easy, from securing the loan to getting the inspection, and working with the lawyers. Even though we still did our own research, Kit\’s recommendations made our decisions simple. When visiting properties, Kit is very thorough, and she knew which areas of the house to check for common problems. If she had concerns about any of the properties, she would bring them up quickly and gave us the information that we needed to make an informed decision.
