Review for Kurt Francis by Tony M
I’ve been involved in quite a few real estate transactions in my life. The biggest transaction I was involved with was selling a home that I lived in for 10 years. It was the home that we raised our children in and it was a very emotional time. This home was located in Murrieta, CA. My husband worked in San Diego and his commute was ridiculous.
Our home sold much faster than we expected. We had been looking for a place in San Diego but we weren’t having much luck with the agent we had been working with. As a result, we found ourselves without a place to live.
I have known Kurt for a long time and consider him a very close friend. I called him and told him what we were going through. He immediately offered his help and went to work. He spent hours with us on the phone to understand our needs and to help us come up with a plan to find our dream home. We met with him to view a few places. One, in particular, stood out to us. It turned out that Kurt, was more well-connected than we thought. He knew the selling agent. He worked together with her and the sellers and worked out an amazing deal for us. Out of all of the transactions I’ve been involved with, this wasn’t just the easiest, it was the most enjoyable. And after all, isn’t that how it should be?
If you’re looking for an experienced agent who knows how to negotiate, who listens, empathizes with you, cares about your needs, and is just an all-around cool person, Kurt is your guy.
