My husband and I met Michele on an open house tour, and are so glad we did. Michele does not mince words, and she is incredibly savvy at what she does. She directed us to a wonderful mortgage provider, when the one we’d worked with previously was not-so-great, and she provided honest insight on what we could afford in the Bay Area market.

She is a stellar negotiator. The first home we offered on, was accepted, even though we only offered at asking. This is largely due to her skill in building a relationship with the selling agent, sussing out what the sellers desired, and then coaching us on our offer accordingly. Having the offer accepted two hours after placing it and the keys to the home two weeks after was something we never could have anticipated.

All in all, we could not be more thankful to have met and worked with Michele. On top of being exceptional at what she does, she is fun to hang out with. Working with her made home buying feel easy, and we couldn’t have dreamt up a better real estate agent – she is truly in a class of her own.
