My husband and I were interested in looking at real estate in the Palm Springs area and had used another realtor before calling Richard Martin Realty. Even though Palm Springs area was having record rainfall (January 2010) Richard came out and patiently showed us many properties. His attention to detail was impressive but what really won our respect was his service to us. He seemed to really listen to what we wanted and gave us excellent advise on a number of details. We ended up purchasing a home that was almost exactly what we had dreamed of at a price that we were very pleased with. All through escrow, if a question arose, he took care of it immediately. He went above and beyond the call of duty to us in recommending a home that was a lower cost (lower commission to him) because it was a better fit for us.
