My Wife and I felt very lucky to have Russell as our agent- We live out of state and where relocating to TN- When traveling to TN Russell cleared his schedule and spent the greater part of the 4 days we were there showing us houses- also he is available at anytime and responds very quickly to any questions or concerns, we always felt like we were in great hands with him and we no longer just consider him an agent – he is our friend and we appreciate him a great deal.
