We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have Simon’s guidance and expertise in the sale of our two homes. From our first meeting until the closing of our second home, Simon provided us with his vast knowledge, superior judgment and tireless dedication. He routinely went above and beyond. His ability to facilitate and communicate was only exceeded by his accessibility and commitment. We cannot say enough in praise of Simon! While we were happy to have the “deals done,” we will miss working with Simon on a professional level.
