Steve is AWESOME! We worked with him to get both our condo and our current house and he was such a great guide in navigating the ins and outs of the real estate market (even during the crazy time of COVID!). He always went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the house that was right for us (pointing out problems in the house we would never have seen ourselves, working into the late hours to get our offer in, etc.) and respected our wishes when it came to budget and timeline. He also has a great aesthetic eye and gave us advice about what renovations and cosmetic changes we could do to improve our house, which was a BIG help to reno newbies like us! Honest, organized, easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable of the DMV area, what more can you ask for?
