I made a cold call to Harlen and was pleasantly surprised when he responded immediately.  Not having had great experiences with realtors in the past I am always a bit hesitant in my selection.  I explained to Harlen what we were looking for in a property and what locations we were considering.  Since we were moving to Nashville from New England it was critical that we had feet on the ground to handle the transaction soup to nuts.  Harlen was simply amazing and made the process the least stressful real estate transaction we have experienced.  I highly recommend Harlen to anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate.  I don’t give recommendations freely, but this one is well deserved. – Frank M.
