I’m not a first-time home buyer and thought I already knew everything about home buying. Boy, was I wrong! Jon took his time to go through all the important facets, many of which I never thought about. He was extremely mindful of my budget and other aspects that are important to me. Being a demanding client, I kept flooding him with questions. But even if I texted him late at night, he was still responding in no time. I ended up with a nice home with all the features I was looking for, and below my budget.
