Nicholas was wonderful. We started off with a different Realtor, and lost out in multiple offer situations 3 times, and the communication was just lacking. When we started working with Nicholas, it was so much easier and he got us under contract on the house of our dreams only 3 days after we decided to hire him. Cannot say enough about his professionalism, and how glad we are that he was able to help us. We will use him again when the time comes.
