I have bought and sold 5 properties in the past 4 years. As a former Realtor in Colorado, I found myself getting frustrated with the level of service (or lack thereof) from the Realtors I was trying here in Tucson. By a fluke, we found Radek after we had found our house through an open house. We closed on the house last week – Radek was fantastic. Since we had already found the house, he could have sat back and just enjoyed a nice paycheck . . . but he didn’t. He is a strong negotiator, and took care of many of the details with the process of purchasing a home. We were so impressed as he took charge to ensure we had all the needed inspections, negotiated when it made sense, but yet was a good balance for fairness and reasonableness, as well. He was so patient as we requested him to meet us at the house several times so we could get ideas for new flooring, paint colors, etc. We unequivocally would recommend Radek to the seasoned buyer / seller, as well as, a first-time buyer / seller.
