Comment: My husband and I were looking to buy our first home. After reading many reviews of different realtors, we decided to call Kit and talk to her. She was able to answer all of my questions very clearly, and from the beginning I knew that I wanted to work with her. Kit has a team of people that she works with, so the process of buying a home was easy, from securing the loan to getting the inspection, and working with the lawyers. Even though we still did our own research, Kit\'s recommendations made our decisions simple. When visiting properties, Kit is very thorough, and she knew which areas of the house to check for common problems. If she had concerns about any of the properties, she would bring them up quickly and gave us the information that we needed to make an informed decision. When we had a question about the floors in the condo that we ended up buying, Kit was able to schedule a consultation with a hardwood flooring expert. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have her guidance in setting that up. Kit was friendly, patient, and available throughout the entire process. Her ability to coordinate the different aspects of home buying is incredibly useful, especially for a first time home buyer.
