Mark was absolutely amazing to work with. A friend referred me to Mark, telling me he was "the best realtor around" and after working with him myself I couldn't agree more. This was my first time buying a house and Mark made the process incredibly easy. I was so surprised how smooth the whole process was. He was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and very flexible working with me though my crazy work schedule. Mark found ten houses on the market I loved, all within my price range, and arranged tours last minute. While doing the tours Mark displayed his skill as an expert, pointing out and explaining all the details, the good and the bad. So great is his attention to detail, he would even check the air filters as an indication of the status of the house's HVAC system (beyond when it was last replaced or repaired). His knowledge of the market is above all, he helped me put in a good offer and after that got accepted he negotiated a great contract. My friends and family were so surprised with the deal I was getting in terms of the buyer/seller agreement. I did the house tours in person, but for the rest of the process I was remote and Mark was super easy to work with remotely. He put me at ease with constant updates and checks on the house from the first inspection all the way to closing. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars, if you're moving to the North Carolina area and you're not picking Mark as you're realtor, you're doing it wrong.

A friend of mine recommended Mark, and very I became a team Mark fan. Coming from someone currently completing their residency where 70-80 hour weeks are not uncommon, Mark Snow still might be the hardest working person I know. He works days, nights, and weekends, and truthfully I'm not sure if he sleeps. He responds typically within minutes, often seconds, to any of his established clients. Truthfully I don't even need to leave this review, because Mark's work speaks for itself. Even among the toughest real estate buyer's market Fayetteville, NC has seen in decades, Mark was still able to help me find the exact home I was looking for relatively quickly, in the price-range I wanted, and all doing it with a smile on his face. That said, Mark is extremely knowledgeable in regard to local services, and all of his recommendations for inspections, repairs, and banking were spot on; never once doubted anything he recommended. When looking at houses, I was able to search and augment the houses he had recommended, and able to tour nearly all of them within 12 to 24 hours, which crucial in the current housing market. He is very patient, and never pushy when it comes to choosing what home you want. He also has a great eye for picking out what repairs will likely be needed, even prior to inspection. Maybe most importantly, Mark knows what is needed to close on your dream home. He is constantly studying the market, and knows exactly how much to offer for the earnest, due diligence, and overall housing price. I have seen several of my friends lose out on their perfect home because they lacked an agent with Mark's closing ability. Last, Mark is just a great guy who is pleasant to be around. He was patient with me and my father when looking for a home, and we truly enjoyed looking at houses with him. We will definitely stay friends, and I actively recommend him to anyone moving to the area.

I’ll preface this by saying I am usually a somewhat difficult person to impress and I don’t leave glowing reviews lightly...but Mark Snow is everything we could have hoped for in a realtor! We had a fairly complicated home purchasing process due to some extenuating circumstances and a very tight schedule, but Mark accommodated us through the entire process and made our experience seamless. It didn’t matter when I texted/emailed or called, he was always cheerful and available-I even told him sometimes that things could wait until the morning so he wouldn’t work too late into the evening.
