To say Erin went above and beyond is an understatement. We brought her a challenge, and she didn't bat an eye. The home we were purchasing had several potential red flags. She coordinated every trade professional needed to investigate the concerns so that we had all the facts we needed to make informed decisions. She even met with each of these individuals on site as we were purchasing from out of state, and stayed on top of them so that we couldi get information quickly. When we closed, she gave us a list of every contact we would need in the area for anything from the Chamber of Commerce to phone, gas, electric, internet providers, preferred vendors, etc. It has been a little over a week since our purchase and we have already started working with an amazing general contactor, again, thanks to Erin.
