Charlotte originates from San Diego, California where she excelled in athletics and developed a love of architecture.  She played collegiate basketball while studying criminal justice and business. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Charlotte enjoyed a successful career in the automobile industry in both sales and sales management, which allowed her to fine tune her business and negotiation skills. Her hobbies include tennis, skiing, travel, spending time at the beach, water sports, being a foodie and spending time with family and friends.  She loves the Southern California lifestyle and especially enjoys the year round beautiful weather. Charlotte has 21 years of real estate experience and combined 31 years in sales and negotiation.  She holds the  ABR, GRI, CNE, LPS, CLHMS and prestigious Green designations from the National Association of Realtors. She has consistently been in the top 3 percent of Realtors nationally, since earning Rookie of the year in 2002.  Charlotte was also awarded the SLBR Small Sales Team Of the Year award in 2011 and has earned the Presidents Award of Excellence for outstanding customer service. She holds a dual Real Estate License license in both California and Utah. Charlotte loves working with her amazing, longtime loyal clients as well as their referrals from friends and family.
