It is a pleasure to have you read my biography.  For over 40 years, I have been in the business of buying and selling, retail marketing and consumer packaging...including homes.  I have been nominated for National Customer Service Awards, won the Million Dollar Salesman of the Year Award several times in the Printing and Graphics Industry and spent many fun and enlightening days learning about coaching sales recruits and start up entrepreneurial business students at Cal State Fullerton. "How to market a product...first it must be priced correctly and packaged right". That is how I think. Baltimore Polytechnic Institute taught me how to draw structures like houses and mechanical stuff. My Bachelors Degree from W VA Wesleyan taught me how to ask the right questions to clearly understand the needs of the person.  My Masters Degree from Cappella University later in life has taught me how to reduce the stress of taking risks; it is a critical component of business decision making.  When the understanding and wishes are clear, the task of buying or selling becomes a pleasurable and fluid business experience. I called Long Beach, CA home for almost 40 years.  It is just that the ocean is there and so was my sailboat.  I love sailing, fishing, swimming and diving and then drive 100 miles and snow ski, fly fish and soak in a remote hot springs.  What can I say....it is Southern California and I love it! After all those years in sales and marketing, I moved here to Rancho Mirage and have found life enjoyable with less traffic congestion and lots of friendly folks. I am an enthusiastic, high energy level guy that will be prompt, responsive, exciting and most of all a powerhouse of knowledge to get your buying and selling done efficiently and effectively.
