A bit about Denise Hardy:
She is first a Mom to a beautiful trans gender daughter as well as an equally beautiful cis gender daughter and both are everything to her but she treats her clients like family as well so hugs are not uncommon if you choose to work with Denise.
Growing up in New Jersey, Denise would go along with her Father who was a Realtor in Morris County when he would have showings and open houses. She helped her family buy, renovate and sell properties and he learned a few things about construction from her grandfather who was a finish carpenter. Denise has a degree in Political Science and Russian Studies and turned her love of language to a minor in French. Her career has been spent in Administrative positions as well as volunteer advocacy. Her main focus though was spent as a mom and advocate; serving on both site and area boards for DMH in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. When her children were a bit older she decided to utilize her experience renovating and staging her own family's homes and properties into a full time career when she became a sales agent in Massachusetts working for Success Real Estate where she helped buyers and sellers on Boston's South Shore,
After moving to Maine she became licensed there and is proud to work for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage with its vast network of training and resources as part of the Saco office in the New England Group.
She wants to bring more of an inclusive environment to Maine and she begins with herself. It is her greatest joy to work with clients from all back rounds and she especially loves helping first time home buyers achieve home ownership.
Here is what one client had to say about Denise:
My husband and I were difficult people to help. Between our budget limit, need for land and enough bedrooms to fit our family. Denise was so enthusiastic, looking everyday and responded to every message sent in a timely manner. She never gave up hope. She loves looking at all these different houses. I never met such a nice person with such a positive outlook on everything. I would never want to buy a house from anyone other than Denise.
