Michael went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. He was very familiar with the area and was so helpful as we were buying a home and we were out of state and couldnt be there. Michael helped us when we were having trouble communicating with our lender and got us through that stressful time. He was very knowledgeable and professional and had all the answers when we needed them. He also helped us negotiate a great deal on our new home. We felt like he really wanted to help us find a perfect home for us. It was a very good experience working with Michael and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home in the area.

We worked with Michael Ballantyne to sell our house in Sarasota and he was outstanding. If I could add a sixth or seventh star I definitely would do so! Before we met Michael we have been trying to sell our house for over a year and we were concerned if we ever could sell this property. Michael made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't, like fixing things we didn't see before, having professional photographs taken, a 3D walkthrough presentation, and a lot(!) more. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and our house was sold on the third day on the market for the price we asked. Michael walked us through every step of the closing process and came with us to the closing, it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. And therefore, when I was looking for a new investment I asked for Michael's help again. He found a few options and it was much fun scouting with him several possibilities. Eventually, we settled on a beautiful property next to the shore in Sarasota. Michael went out of his way to help, was always there for me when I needed advice, always cheerful and patient. I have recommended Michael Ballantyne to everyone I know. He's a true professional, efficient, always helpful, and kind. It would be challenging to find a better realtor.
