David is a Bay Area native. I live in the north bay. As a young adult he first managed a small business my parents owned, and later took over ownership. For 18 years he learned that true success came from placing the client first, and listening for and addressing their unspoken concerns. He closed the business in order to complete my degree at UC Berkeley in the history of art, with an emphasis on the history and evolution of domestic architecture. He became a REALTOR(R) in 1999 to combine his love of homes and his passion for helping clients. He has served on the boards of both the Oakland and the North Bay Association, including a year as its President for each Association. He served at the State level as a Regional Chair and the Chair of the RPA Study Group of the California Association of Realtors that produced the new 2021 Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA). He continues to serve as C.A.R. Director and He is an active full-time REALTOR(R) with his business partner and husband Rob Jones, serving clients in Sonoma and Napa. He is also an accomplished California landscape painter and photographer.
