Tabi Deas is by far the best realtor with whom I have ever worked! She actually listened to me and found my dream home in a matter of two weekends. We looked at two homes the first weekend and she got a good feel for what I wanted. The second weekend the first home she took me to was my dream home!!! Tabi did not waste my time looking at any homes which did not meet my specifications. I had very specific requirements and had to stick to a reasonable budget (reasonable for waterfront living at least). I very much wanted to live in a community with pool, parking, clubhouse, and activities without having to pay outrageous condo fees. I was also only interested in floor plans that had an unobstructed view of the water and access to the balcony from both the living room and primary bedroom. We spent one evening looking at things I thought I liked online, and afterwards, Tabi and I sat down and focused only on floor plans that met my needs in only in communities that offered the amenities which I wanted. The following weekend, we found the PERFECT UNIT for me! Tabi tracked down the listing agent (who was on a cruise at the time), crafted a cash offer for less than asking price that would still have a greater chance of being accepted in this market, and IT WAS ACCEPTED THE VERY NEXT DAY! Woo-Hoo!!! Tabi helped coordinate the inspections, met the HVAC contractor when I could not to expedite the process, and referred an AMAZING MOVER to me for when I closed. The most important thing is that she listened to me, to what I wanted, and met my every need! Tabi always answered my calls, texts and emails in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the entire process which took less than 30 days!
