Brad was fantastic! We started “casually” looking at houses just to see what was on the market. Brad showed us a dozen houses in 2 weeks and got us into any house we wanted to see immediately. When we found a house we loved, he helped us work through a series of negotiations and got us a signed contract. We decided to list our home with Brad. He took beautiful pictures and set up a great listing. Brad also encouraged us to price our house on the low/middle end of the comps to generate interest (and to move our house quickly, as our contract with our future home was contingent on the sale). We showed our house 6 times in 8 days and received two offers. We ultimately sold our house for $1000 over asking exactly ten days from when our listing went up. We are extremely pleased with the experience and with Brad’s knowledge and instincts. I would, and have already, recommend Brad!
