When it was time to make an offer, Daniel guided me through the process, given that there are some regional differences from my previous property purchases. He spent the entire day making sure the offer was exactly right, going back and forth with the sellers, consulting with me and others in his office to make the offer work. After the offer was accepted, Daniel helped me with recommendations for everything from attorneys to insurance brokers to getting utilities set up on the property. Any question I had was quickly and thoroughly answered, which helped me to feel good about what could otherwise be an unsettling scenario – buying a property hundreds of miles from where you live.

I have bought and sold several properties and dealt with several realtors in the process, and I can say without a doubt that my experience with Daniel has been the best. From our first meeting, I was truly pleasantly surprised at how much time Daniel was willing to give me, how he listened to me, and how smooth he made a process that could have been very difficult.
